The order things happen in.
Walk the line
We measure the run on site, find the corners, and talk through gate placement and grade before anything is priced.
Written quote
Linear feet, height, material, post spacing, and gate hardware, itemized. No verbal ballparks.
Locates and approvals
We file the 811 locate. If your neighborhood needs HOA sign-off or the county needs a permit, we tell you before the deposit.
Set posts
Posts go in concrete at depth. On most jobs we set posts one day and hang panels the next so the concrete sets up.
Walk it with you
We check gate swing, latch height, and cleanup together. Nothing gets called done from the truck.

Common questions
Before you call.
How fast can you get out for an estimate?
Most quotes are scheduled within a day or two. We measure the run on site, mark corners and gate locations, and send a written price with materials and heights spelled out.
Do you handle HOA approval?
We give you what the architectural committee asks for — a plat with the fence line drawn on it, plus the style, height, color, and material spec. Submitting it stays with the homeowner, but we make the packet easy.
Do you call in utility locates?
Yes. Every job gets an 811 locate before we dig. It is free, it is state law, and it keeps a post auger out of a gas line.
Do you replace a few sections, or only whole fences?
Both. Storm damage, rotted posts, a truck backing into a gate — repairs are a real part of what we do.
Ready for a number you can hold someone to?
Tell us the property and roughly what you want. We will measure it and put it in writing.
