Vinyl costs more than wood up front and less over ten years, because you never stain it. The catch is that quality varies wildly between manufacturers — wall thickness and UV package are what separate a panel that stays white from one that yellows and cracks. We quote the specific line so you know what you are getting.
Catalyst styles we build

Full privacy
Tongue-and-groove pickets, no gaps. The most common six-foot back yard panel.
Semi-private
Spaced pickets or a lattice or picket top that lets light and air through.
Picket
Three to four foot front-yard fence with spaced pickets and a flat or scalloped top.
Ranch rail
Two, three, or four rail post-and-rail for acreage and driveway frontage.
Woodgrain and two-tone
Textured finishes if you want the wood look with none of the upkeep.

Straight talk
Worth knowing before you buy
Vinyl expands and contracts with temperature. Panels are meant to float slightly in the routed posts — that movement is by design and is why a panel should never be screwed tight at both ends.
Dark colors hold heat and are more prone to warping on a long southern exposure. White and tan are the safest bets in full Georgia sun.
Vinyl does not bend to follow grade. On a sloped lot the fence steps down, which leaves triangular gaps at the bottom unless you rack a rackable panel or bring in fill.

Will vinyl turn yellow?
Quality vinyl with a titanium dioxide UV package holds color for decades. Cheap panels are where yellowing and brittleness show up, which is why we quote the specific product line.
Is vinyl strong enough for wind?
Properly set posts and full-height panels handle normal storm wind. Coastal lots with steady wind exposure sometimes do better with semi-private panels that let air through.
Can a cracked panel be replaced?
Yes, individual panels and pickets come out without dismantling the run, which is one of the real advantages over wood.
Does it work on a hill?
Rackable panels handle mild grade. Steeper lots get stepped, and we will show you where the gaps land before you commit.
